Are your pillows washable?

All of our pillow covers are washable. Simply remove the cover, machine wash on a gentle setting, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We recommend only spot cleaning the pillow insert.

What is your return policy on pillows?

We offer a generous 30 day return on all pillows for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

Well-Made Pillow, Had to Return for Offgassing Reaction

"The pillow is well made and comfortable, but I returned it due to significant VOC offgassing despite the CertiPUR-US certification (which only guarantees low emissions, not zero). The first few nights were terrible — I had significant nasal and eye irritation. As soon as I switched back to my old organic cotton-fill pillow, the symptoms disappeared."

"I really like the pillow I purchased, I just wish it was a little more firm. Extra fill cannot be purchased so I plan to purchase a second pillow, make the pillow a little firmer. Then I will make the new pillow a little smaller and I will have a small and big pillow that I will really like."

Just about everything you could

"Just about everything you could want in a pillow purchase. The outer surface of pillow case is great with a tight weave that will require less washing, and the ability to remove the filling to suit individual needs (including a bag to hold the removed product), is exceptional. The pillows - only a few weeks use at this point - seem like they will hold up well and are very comfortable to sleep on."

"Finding the right pillow is a fairly personal thing. Some folks like thin, some like thick but fluffy, and so forth. I like a pillow with a fair amount of support, but which can be flexibilty twisted to create different ways of being supported. This particular pillow is absolutely THE pillow for my particular preferences."

I had my doubts about

"I had my doubts about this pillow initially and I've been looking for something to support my head and neck when I sleep on my side because I don't use a pillow when I sleep on my back. And I actually am loving it. I did end up taking several handfuls of the foam out of it to get it to be the right size for me but I'm really pleased with it now and I find it very comfortable."
