No box spring is required.
Your bed frame should have a center support bar on the Full, Queen, King, and Cal King sizes to fulfill warranty guidelines and to help prevent the foundation from sagging in the middle.

Our foundations vary in height depending on the type of foundation. Below are the heights and available clearance space for each of our foundations.

No, we do not currently sell the Ascension® Bi-Fold Foundation with a frame. This will need to be purchased separately.

The Ascension® Bi-Fold Foundation is designed with both vertical and horizontal steel slats that provide all the needed support. Its design does not require any additional support for your mattress.

The easy zip-off cover for the Ascension® Bi-Fold Foundation is available in a combination black and white as pictured. We currently do not offer the cover in any other colors.

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors and pillows can be returned 30 days after the date of purchase for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors or pillows, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on foundations and adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

Brooklyn Bedding offers a 10-year warranty for mattress defects; a 1-year warranty for sheets defects; and a 3-year warranty for pillow and mattress protector defects. Foundations come with a 3-year limited parts replacement warranty. Adjustable bases come with a 2-year limited parts replacement warranty.
