All of our pillow covers are washable. Simply remove the cover, machine wash on a gentle setting, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We recommend only spot cleaning the pillow insert.

What is your return policy on pillows?

We offer a generous 30 day return on all pillows for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 365-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

"A good pillow, just that I'm a side sleeper with a messed up neck. Other than that, the pillow feels wonderful, has a comforting and soft texture; I've thied sleeping with no pillowcase, but the exterior began to string. Again, good pillow, but mostly doesn't fit my personal physical needs."

Too filmsy and flat

"The pillow doesn't have enough filling even though it's advertised as being shipped with a bit more than needed. As it stands, I cannot recommend the pillow for an average sized side sleeper. This pillow must be awful for a larger framed person. I'll reach out to customer support to see if they can send me more filling. If not, I'll return it."

"I bought two queen shredded pillows. Interesting, one came quite a bit more full than the other. That's how I figured out they over stuff them initially and you can remove stuffing to fit your personal needs. I think that's a BRILLIANT idea. These replaced $250 pillows that were solid memory foam. I'll never go back."

I really wanted to like

"I really wanted to like this pillow because I really like your shredded foam. Unfortunately it fell short. This pillow has all the potential of being a 5 Star Pillow in my humble opinion if you guys would add a couple of inches to the length and couple of inches to the width of the pillow case. Finally add more of that outstanding shredded foam! Then I believe I could rate it as a 5 Star Pillow."

“Adjustable” pillow isn’t comfortable

"For me the pillow is too stiff & hard with all the stuffing. I have removed various amounts of stuffing as Plank advised, but cannot find a suitable solution for me. I bought this pillow because Consumer Reports rated it highly. I would not buy again. I can’t even use it."

"We ordered two of these pillows in the queen size. One is great, the filling in the second seems meagre. It needs a bit more filling, I think. We followed the Consumer Report recommendation in choosing these pillows. However, the price has increased significantly since the beginning of 2026."

""Cooling" cover isn't cooling for very long, gets hot quickly, and is so slippery that the pillow slides out of the case. Also, the item description makes it sound like they're sending you extra fill. They are not, and this pillow is too mushy for us without extra fill."

This is a very different

"This is a very different pillow from the shredded Brooklyn Bedding pillow that I bought 10 years ago. The previous one had much more stuffing, and the texture of the cover was different. I prefer the previous one, but this one might be good for some sleepers. For me, while I do like the general look and feel of the cover, it also needs a special type of pillow case or else the slickness of the cover will have the pillowcase removed or somewhat removed before the end of the night. The original from 10 years ago was probably somewhat overstuffed, but over time adjusted and was very comfortable. This one is fine, but isn't particularly more comfortable and is definitely not as supportive. It is still well made, but it is not the pillow that I wanted or needed."
