"I bought my mattress in April, and it has been a tough transition. I developped leg, knee, and hip aches from sleeping on my mattress that I didn't have when sleeping on my old mattress. I tried the less firm side and still have the same aches and pains. I started sleeping on my couch and the aches stopped. I will be looking at mattress toppers to try and find a remedy."

"This mattress is great for people that likes memory foam. I got the 75% firm. I should have gotten the 100% firm. But my body is not in pain after sleeping on it. The box that it was delivered in looked like someone played kickball with it for a few weeks. Thankfully the mattress was in great condition. The height is high for us height called people but I could tell from the pic, so I planned correctly for it."
"Love my recently purchased Twin Firm Luxe. Exactly what I needed for my lower back pain. However, the foundation needs some modification. It needs some sort of lip or raised edge to keep the mattress in place. Sit on the edge of the bed and the mattress slides across the foundation. Not much, but enough that it is irritating to have to keep pulling mattress back into square with base."
"The firm side is actually VERY firm, which is what this mattress is marketed as. That said it remains cool and has some give, it's extremely heavy too. I took off 1 star because after puffing up it actually is a tiny bit bigger than spec, which makes it look a little awkward on my low slung platform bed. But the nights of sleep I get on this thing are worth it!"
"My husband like firm, me not as much, but I was willing to try. We have started on the less firm (bottom) side, so I can get more use to it. Honestly, I absolutely love it. I'm sleeping great, am not sore or stiff in the mornings. So far, this is wonderful ! I also really appreciate the fact that this mattress is 2 sided. Instead of just rotating, it can actually be flipped over, extended the mattress life. For a very reasonable price, you are getting a mattress with twice the lifespan of all the memory foam ones."

"I’ve been sleeping on the Brooklyn Bedding Plank mattress and overall it’s a great choice if you like a very firm bed. The support is excellent—especially for back sleeping. It keeps your spine aligned and doesn’t let your hips sink, which has helped with lower back comfort. That said, it is definitely on the firmer side. For side sleeping, it can feel a bit too hard and put pressure on the shoulders and hips. Adding a topper makes a big difference if you switch positions during the night. Overall, I’d recommend the Plank for anyone looking for strong back support and a true firm feel, just keep in mind that side sleepers may want a little extra cushioning."
