Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a protector and an encasement?

A mattress protector slips onto the mattress like a fitted sheet. A mattress encasement encloses the entire mattress, typically using a zipper enclosure, to provide 360° protection for your bed. Our Deep Pocket Mattress Protector is uniquely designed to fit any mattress depth, from a low profile 8” to a high profile 21”.

Are your mattress protection products hypoallergenic?

Yes, both our mattress protectors and mattress encasements are designed to be both easy care and hypoallergenic.

Are your mattress protectors and encasements washable?

Yes, all of our mattress protectors and encasements are machine washable. Simply machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

Will the mattress protector reduce breathability of the mattress?

While our mattress protectors and mattress encasements are constructed from highly breathable materials, some styles may have a slight impact on the overall breathability of your mattress—a small trade-off for superior protection against allergens and fluids.

Do you offer mattress protection specifically sized for RV mattresses?

At this time, we offer mattress protectors and mattress encasements in traditional mattress sizes only.

What is your return policy on protectors?

We offer a generous 30 day return on all mattress protectors for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Please Note: No returns or exchanges will be offered on clearance items.

What is your warranty on protectors?

We offer a generous 3 year warranty on all mattress protector defects. For additional details, please contact our support team.

It provides robust protection while maintaining a premium feel. It is comfortable, fits the mattress perfectly, and delivers exactly what it promises. Very satisfied with this purchase."

I was in desperate need

"I was in desperate need of a better mattress protector, and I found it here! Fits like a dream, which is the best part. Doesnt get wrinkled, crinkled, bunched up! Plus, has a 3 year warranty. I believe well worth the cost!"

— Cherpers C. (5/5)

Best firm mattress out there

"If you prefer firm mattresses, this one is by far one of the best out there. Highly recommended if firm mattresses are your preference."

— Peilin J. (5/5)

I had hopes, but all

"I had hopes, but all of these foam mattresses seem to run hot. They simply retain too much of the body heat, and through this one cools off faster than others once you move to a different spot, for someone who tends to sleep in one place without moving too much, it still gets hot enough to wake me up. It IS very comfortable, otherwise."

— Anabella W. (3/5)

The foundation makes the entire

"The foundation makes the entire mattress and foundation setup to be much lower than a box spring and mattress. We're still getting used to it."

— Emilly W. (3/5)

We have had the mattress

"We have had the mattress for about three weeks now, and so far really love it. I originally thought the firmest option was not firm enough, but it has proven me wrong. My only critique, I have not noticed any difference in my temperature versus the previous mattress that had no "cooling" tech. That said, I would still recommend the model and brand."

— THOMAS W. (4/5)

I had high hopes for

"I had high hopes for this cooling mattress cover, but have removed it due to becoming excessively hot. It is cool to the touch, but when you lie on it for a period of time, it becomes so warm, as it traps your body heat."

— Bryony B. (3/5)

It doesn’t feel cooling at

"It doesn’t feel cooling at all. I regret spending that amount of money."

— Jennifer P. (2/5)

I'm very disappointed in the

"I'm very disappointed in the cooling pad. In order to feel the cooling effect, you cannot use a sheet. I use a sheet, and do not feel the cooling part. We have air conditioning in our bedroom. I would never buy this product again. I'm very disappointed."

— Carl J. (2/5)

Perfect fit for my mattress

"Perfect fit for my mattress and it’s very cooling. Highly recommended!"

— Rita H. (5/5)
