Free FedEx Shipping for All Products!

We provide FREE FedEx Ground Shipping to all contiguous U.S. States (48 states, excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, some of our sleep products may take longer than usual to produce. In addition, several carriers are experiencing delays in pick-up and shipping.

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska starts at $125 per mattress, $45 for accessories. Shipping to Canada is done via UPS and starts at $250 per mattress, $65 for accessories. For all US purchases, we use FedEx Ground and packages are delivered within approximately 3-4 business days.

How long will it take to get my order?

All Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are proudly custom crafted in Phoenix, Arizona. Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, some of our sleep products may take longer than usual to produce. In addition, several carriers are experiencing delays in pick-up and shipping.

Mattress production times may take between 7-10 business days. We will send you a follow-up email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Due to overwhelming transportations demands, arrival times may vary. Once your package has left our facility, you can check the status of your package by viewing the tracking information online, or contacting the carrier directly with questions or concerns.


My tracking number does not work?

We create tracking numbers in advance and it can take 24-48 hours for a tracking number to activate. Once FedEx/UPS receives and ships the package, the tracking number will activate.


Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we now offer UPS shipping to Canada. Shipping starts at $100 for a single mattress. For a custom quote or different quantity, please call or contact us.


Do you offer White Glove Delivery?

We do not. We believe it's an expensive add-on that is not necessary with compressed mattresses.


How do I track the status of my order?

You can log onto your account anytime to check the status of your order and also obtain your tracking number. Please keep in mind you tracking number will take some time to activate, approximately 24 to 48 hours.

Can I expedite my shipping?
